The Zoning Committee takes steps to complete the process for variances within the City of Columbus boundaries of the Southwest Area Commission. Based on applications received, site meetings are held in advance of SWAC meetings.

SWAC’s Beautification Committee’s goal is to make the Southwest Area a cleaner place for its neighbors. Clean-ups are held throughout the year.
